Good followup by a friendly call. Staff seem to be price but not Chevrolet aware Buy Fords or Mazda from a Ford Mazda dealer if you want knowledge. Price was well above average and not in the "fair deal " range. Since I live far enough away, service reputation is useless on internet sales. The dealer may be ok for local folks but out of touch with internet marketing.
I dealt with Kailey from Nelson. She promptly responded to my questions during business hours. When we were not able to come to terms about the truck listed she offered to keep an eye open for other vehicles that would meet my needs and budget. I was pleased with the service.
This is a great dealership. I recently bought a late model, low mileage used truck from them. I did my research and knew the value of the used truck and what I could realistically expect for my trade in. I wasn't expecting to buy the truck on the first visit, but after driving it I decided to go ahead.

Service Dept needs training.lee Nelson don't seem interested in improving the service Dept.i got a bad oil change and a front end alignment.i had the oil changed again and in the process to getting the front end aligned again
.I was told the oil change would be about 78.00 and the front end alignment would be about 49.95 which the total cost would be 128.00. Chris David and Eric Friedhoff were absolutely amazing. I've grown up in the dealership world, so I was expecting a typical dealership experience.
Let me tell you something though... These guys make sure their customer service is top notch. Eric was extremely helpful the entire time we were there, from helping me figure out a great vehicle (that was super affordable) for my family all the way until making sure that I knew to call/text him if I needed anything when we left the dealership.

Brandon Cline was our salesperson & he couldn't have been a more perfect fit for us. As soon as we learned he served eight years as a U.S. Marine I felt like we could trust him. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. The sales person was amazing and really helped pick a great car. The price was very reasonable at that.

Spent the evening at the dealership with a great salesman (Warren). When the time to talk price arrived -- the GM would not agree to the offer given despite reasoning being given for the price ( high miles and obvious repair work to the car indicating at least a minor accident of some sort) . After leaving less than 10 minutes , the salesman ( bless him!) called and said the GM took the offer as was first presented. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! If you want to sell a car ---- dont make it hard!!!
